How does a small business owner with a substantial
disability;i.e.;mental health condition,operate a business in relation
to clients;i.e.;middle of projects?

It would be very helpful if you could provide more details. What kind
of mental health condition? What type of business? What do you mean by
"middle of projects"? The more we know about the exact situation, the
better we'll be able to help.

How does an owner of a Market Research Firm with Psychotic Disorder
NOS which prevents me from completing a Market Research Project which
involves a survey and data analysis operate such a business when the
'symptoms' such as slow thought process occur? What options do I have
in relation to end - users or clients?

In my opinion, the person with such a disorder --causing slow though
processes, should work behind the scenes so as not to cause clients to
question the team ability to finish projects as a whole. This assumes
that these 'slowed thought processes' are in some way visible or
noticable by others.
