daviedad-ga,

The type of speciality database you're asking for -- with companies
sorted by geography and sales, and contact info for sub-ceo senior
execs, phone and email -- generally don't exist!

A specialty group like CFO Magazine *may* be able to create and sell
you such a list, but trust me, it won't come cheap.

Is there perhaps anything else we can do for you on this?

for $4.95 you could get an online subscription to Fortune and scan
their listings of companies that includes financial info. They also
list CEO's and corporate contact info but you would probably have to
do individual searches for the CEO's phone numbers (i'm SURE the
majority are unlisted) and most companies don't make e-mail addresses
available outside the company.

I have an Excel list dated November 2005 of 46 CFOs in 714 area code
at companies between $5M and $50M in sales. I have main phone numbers
to each location but no email addresses. Is this something you could
use?
