The two different antacids/anti-gas bottles I have in my fridge,
neither of them Target brand, have no suger in them. They both have
sorbitol.

Before I can accurately answer your question I need the lot number
from the packaging. It should be right beside the exp date.

Thanks

Antacid Liquid! The sweet tast comes for sorbital, a pharmaceutical
sweetner & in large doses one heck of a stool softener / laxative.
Simethicone is the active ingredient, and I will need more details
from the bottle to get you the actual 'everything in it' contents.
If your family physician is a real friend, have him / her call your
regional Poison Control Center with an official inquiry. Look out, it
may cost $$$$$.
The real and complete list of ingredients, excepients, etc., is
proprietary information and may not really be available.
But by your question, specifically the 'sugar' part, sorbital is the
sweetner, not any regular sugar.
