I need this VB6 code converted into a VB.NET solution:

Hi there,

How familiar are you with creating a VB.NET solution? Even if this
code was converted, you would need to set it the solution correctly
within Visual Studio to be able to use it. Are you creating a Windows
or Web Application?

i can create a solution no problem.  
i just need the code converted and working in VB.NET
since this is VB.NET (not ASP.NET) it is a windows application

yes i understand your question now.  i do not need it converted into a
solution, sorry.  I just need it converted to VB code for a windows
app.
i can create the solution with the textboxes, and labels myself.
in fact, i have already converted all the TYPE definitions into
STRUCTURE definitions.  (the top part of the code)
its the bottom section of code that wont work in VB.NET and needs converting
