at 1 end to drive the car ,,the gas when pulsed, expanded and pushed a
piston,.then cooled .when the gas was pulsed it gave of electricity
which was captured an stored,,, the car is still in a museum in kansas
city after IT WAS BANNED buy the goverment of the time ..it ran for a
year in experimental stage on $20.00worth of of gas and not petrol,,
think of a car that has no emission and has almost no cost to
run, this car could save the plunder of mother nature, it could be used
in space ,,in a mine ,but in our large citys is where it is mostly
needed, surely in this time,we can reproduce a much needed car yours

This sounds like an urban myth, but why not contact the museum in
Kansas City and ask them?

Well if this could happen we could get then we can biuld a device that
produces work peretually and that is impossible (1st law of
thermodynamics).

This may be of interest to you:

"Gas Plasma Engine

Invented by Joseph Pap, this engine operates on a charge of noble gas
blends, hermetically sealed inside each cylinder above the piston. A
charge of low voltage creates an electric field in and around the
cylinder, causing
the gases' to expand and do work. He claims a H.P. to weight ratio
of1:1 and a 100,000 km gas charge. 2 articles and 1 U.S. patent
included. Interesting device!"
