I have come to know that some private/ induvidual or well known
brokers are offering the Pre-IPO price to their clients. FOr example,
suppose UARM debut this week in the market. The opening price was more
than the offering price for the IPO. Offering price was declared by
underwriters of $13.75. However the market open price was more than
$25 on first day.
My question is how do I purchase the New IPO stocks at the offering
price? There are some brokers offering their client's the price at
$13.75 ( In this case for UARM ).
I need a list of brokers who have good relationship with underwriters
and they can purchase the stocks for their clients at the IPO price in
advance. Please help. IF you know the process to purchase the stocks
at the IPO price not not at the opening price ( which is far above the
IPO price now a days). Please help in detail.
