A while back I bought a shirt that I really liked.  What I want is a
place online or local where I can buy the same shirt.  They must sell
one that meets my discription below.  I do not want personal sales,
classifieds, or auctions.  I want a real retail store or online store.
 They must be able to deliver it to me or must have a walk-in store in
my home state.  I live in NH, USA.

Just for your information, it was bought at JCPenny's.
"City Streets (TM)" is the brand on the label.
It is a long sleeve button-down shirt made of 100% polyester.  The
reason I like it so much is the collar:  It is a single flap (doesn't
fold over), has two buttons in the front, and is about an inch high.

I forgot to mention that I wanted Men's Large.
I have looked at JCPenny's website, and it isn't in any of the expected areas.

Just for Clarification.. was this Mens, Womens, Teens, Boy, Girls
shirt?  I have found several online but in order to get the exact info
you requested I would need to know which Department you would like.
