When answering this question, I am referring to Canadian law, specifically Ontario.

If an underage student (under 19) uses a fake driver's license to
purchase alcohol or get into a club illegally by falsifying their age,
what charge(s) could/would the student most likely face?

If an individual manufactures these fake licenses, what charge(s)
could/would the individual most likely face?

Please provide all sources of information.

P.S. I am not interested in breaking the law, falsifying MY age, or
manufacturing my own IDs. This is just a hot topic in college, and I
am curious of what the law says!
