There are six topics below that will be turned into message boards. I
need ten topics for each that will generate interest for users to
start talking and messaging about the topic below! I plan to have
phpbb site for each. I also need information on getting people to join
the message boards below (IE: generating traffic) and activitly want
to take part in the topics below. I also need 10 articles on each of
the topics below! (should be related to the generic topics you select)

Topics should be general in nature that anyone can relate to young and old.

 If my math is correct, you need 60 topics, plus 60 articles, plus
information on getting people to join your message boards ..... all
for $25, of which a researcher gets 75%, or $18.75. You might want to
rethink the pricing of your question in order to generate some greater
interest!

Just for future reference, the extreme low end for web articles is $10
per. If you want the article to "entice" the reader's interest, then
your low is about $35.00 per article.

This isn't really a question for researchers, it is a freelance content project.

You might be better going to a freelance writer website to see what
bids you could acquire to do this work for you. A good one is guru.com
.. but keep in mind that the amount you are looking at is around
$500-$1000 US.
