I am researching software that controls moving robots. Specifically: What companies are creating software for controlling robots? For each company: -Is the software Microsoft Windows based? If not, what operating system/environment? -Does the software have a graphical user interface (GUI) for controlling the robots or is "command line" that requires special knowledge of the program's codes? -Is the software for controlling stationed robots (e.g. car assembly line) or for roving robots (e.g. bomb squad robots). I'm looking for the 10-15 biggest players if there are that many. As a bonus I'd like to get an overall idea of this market and its potential - $$ figures would be great (read: I'll tip you for this info) Thanks! |
