Hello experts!

I am an IT consultant and work as a free lancer for various companies,
some of them big enterprises. To find a job I usually use a recruitment agency,
which finds an appropriate role for me. One such agency is for example 
"Hays Ascena" in Germany and UK. Recently I created a brand new profile
and would like to submit it to the biggest IT free lancers agencies
world wide. My problem - I don't know which one are the biggest and
are woring in IT industry. This is where I need your help.

I require website URL of the biggest IT free lancer recruting
agencies, 3 for each in following locations (at least for the most of
them):

London (UK)
Manchester (UK)
Hong Kong (China)
Shanghai (China)
Sydney (Australia)
Dubai (UAE)
Dublin (Ireland)
Moscow (Russia)
St. Petersburg (Russia)
Kiew (Ukraine)
Berlin (Germany)
Las Vegas (USA)

Please mention also what's indicating their size or market share, how
do I know they are the biggest.

Hello appdev-ga,

I suggest that you close this question and post several new ones
instead. The best way to divide up this search would be to post a
separate question for each location or country. That way you will have
a better chance of getting at least a partial answer.

No researcher is going to attempt to answer the question as it?s
posted because if an answer can?t be found for even just one city, the
researcher will not be able to post an answer. If you post separate
questions for each location several researchers can be working on your
question at the same time and post answers city by city. Some of these
locations will be much easier than others.

In addition, asking for ?the biggest IT free lancer recruiting
agencies? and looking for ?3 for each in following locations? makes
this a tough search. Researching who are the biggest agencies is an
extra layer of research that I doubt any researcher is willing to take
on. Even in the US it would be hard to be sure that you?ve found the
top three ?biggest? contract IT recruiters. It seems to me that
finding recruitment agencies that have a good reputation and are
established in the field will be sufficient without knowing their
ranking.

In china there no freelancer recruitment agencies ,Only have part-time
job recruiting for the freelancer.
there some I found:

Dear experts,

since receiving an answer on this question takes much longer, than I
have expected, I'd be happy if you would name JUST ONE major agency
per each location. I would like still appreciate the info how do you
know it is the largest agency for the place.
