What non toxic biodegradable same soap solution would give the best
light transmittance and the most amount of bubbles and the least
bubble depletion rate?

The addition of glycerine to bubble solution makes them stronger and
last longer (less prone to bursting than without glycerine).

And you can get glycerine at most any drug store.
