Hi larzo,

The best I could find was the VoIP Providers List.

http://www.voipproviderslist.com/

It has names, addresses, and contact names. But when I cross-checked
it against the Internet Telephony Service Providers listing on Yahoo!,
the Providers List didn't seem to have any of the providers listed on
Yahoo!, so its coverage does not seem complete. Perhaps the big
players like Vonage do not bother to list themselves on the VoIP
Providers List.

You just asked for "a list," so I can't tell if the VoIP Providers
List would be useful to you or not, knowing that it seems to leave out
some major providers. Would this site be an acceptable answer to your
question?

Thank you for responding to my question. I have been out to the VoIP
Providers List. You are riggt, its incomplete. Worse yet, it is
cumbersome for my purposes. I am trying to get "a list" so that I can
do a mass mailing to them. The VoIP Providerrs list does not provider
a list per se. You have to look up each provider (at least those
that have opted to list themselves). I was hoping that the VoIP
providers must have to register somewhere because they use public
telephone switches. They must be licensed in some way, no? I don't
know if the FCC has something but I have not looked there. I hope
that helps!

Thanks, I got to the site but I cannot find the PDF that you are
referring to. That list is what I really need.

Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, I have not been able to
find anything better for your needs. Perhaps someone else will.
