How many Oracle Applications' users are there worldwide for all
applications? How many PeopleSoft? And how many for Siebel?

complete the question and to clarify---not the $ amt of licenses but
the actual no of users...

It's usually best to break up a multipart question. 

You might want to consider canceling this question, and instead
posting three separate questions, each priced accordingly.
