Blue collar is used in the UK but is more commonly known as manual labour.

Speaking for the UK only, blue collar is a term we recognise. White
collar jobs are all Admin and office staff, Blue collar are the people
that actually produce or maintain things manually.

UK Blue collar workers are often paid more than white collar workers
at the mid-low ranges.

Hope this helps.
