I know you probably already thought of this.  But I got a burner on
ebay for $12.00 and like $8.00 for shipping on Ebay.  Just look for
DVD Burners.

Also, you might try, Newegg.com pricewatch.com or overstock.com

If you want that specific one, I'd check eBay.  If that fails, I'd
order it from Dell, but it'll be more than $50.
