The Bee Gees (Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb) were born on the Isle of Man.

You will find many references to Barry Gibb being born in Manchester,
England. However, Barry Gibb?s official website, as well as many other
reputable sources, lists his place of birth as the Isle of Mann.

?Barry was born on September 1st 1946 in Douglas, Isle of Man.  At the
age of five his mother and father, (Barbra and Hughie),  sister
(Leslie)  and twin brothers (Robin and Maurice) moved to Manchester,
