Manufacturers in Ontario that can fabricate baby bedding.  They are my
designs, but need a company to fabricate them.  Do I have to design my
own fabric or buy the "rights" to use someone else's fabric designs? 
What are the safety regulations (flame retardent, etc. ) that I must
follow?
