Where can I create a custom parallel Bible that contains only the
English Standard Version, American Standard Version (1901), and New
Kings James Version? The closest thing I have found is the "Essential
Evangelical Parallel Bible" which contains NKJV, ESV, NLT, and The
Message. I am not so much worried about the cost as to if it is merely
possible to choose which versions to be put in the parallel bible. I
am aware that Bible software include these versions, but I am only
interested in being able to have it in print and bound.

Thank-you but as specified in the question, I was looking for
something in print and bound. I have already found this pages on my
own.
