.
I am interested in finding informative periodical articles on how to structure a
*creative* will. Naturally all wills should be reviewed and finalized
by a lawyer. Here I am looking for pieces written on how to prepare
your thoughts that will assist your professional to go beyond the
standard will. An earlier Question ID: 589520 dealt with books.
Thank you

Hi uzzz-ga,
I know you have asked for periodicals in this question, but I have
found a book chapter in the public domain (available for online
reading) that addresses you question of structure very well. Would
this be a suitable answer?
Thanks,

Hello answerguru-ga
Would you mind posting the title of the chapter? I would like to leave
this periodicals question open and would be pleased to post a separate
directed question for 'answerguru-ga only' if the chapter is suitable.
Thank you

Hi Uzzz,
I would be happy to provide that information for you - the title of
the chapter is 'Making a Will'. However, since this title is a bit
vague and the chapter does contain not only the information I believe
you are requesting, but also other information. Perhaps a listing of
the subsections in this chapter will give you a clearer idea of what
you can expect:
MAKING A WILL
THE SEVEN ESSENTIALS OF A VALID WILL
WHO CAN WRITE A WILL
WRITING A WILL
CLAUSE-BY-CLAUSE (this is where most of the requested information lies)
SAMPLE BASIC WILL (ANNOTATED)
AFTER THE WILL IS WRITTEN
KINDS OF WILLS
LIVING TRUSTS AND WILLS (aside)
WHICH LAW APPLIES? (aside)
WHY A JOINT WILL IS A BAD IDEA (aside)
CAREFUL, CAREFUL... (aside)
LITERARY WILLS (aside)
THE GREATEST WILL OF ALL (aside)
THE MEDIUM IS THE MESSAGE (aside)
TENDING THE FAMILY TREE (aside)
FOWL PLAY? (aside)
TARNISHED LEGACIES (aside)
WILL O' THE WISP (aside)
CONSISTENT TO THE END (aside)
ONE LAST ROUND--ON THE ESTATE (aside)
Most of the asides are a couple of paragraphs, but the other
subsections could pass as full chapters on their own, which is why I
felt this was such a helpful resource.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
Cheers,
answerguru-ga
