i need a resource for  collector quality dvd's feature film dvd that
have never been commercially released such as those found on ebay and
other auction sites possible answer may be video flea markets, video
conventions, most are probably in public domain i would like to offer
these films for sale also and i would like to try to restore them
digitally as they are usually visually poor they should be preserved
as they were meant to be seen the date range i am looking for is 1915
to 1945
