I'm looking for online suppliers (wholesaler or retailer) who sell rolls
of patent vinyl.  I found one source, however their color selection is
limited to blue, yellow, white and black.  I'm looking for a variety
of colors including red, orange, green and others.

I took a quick look at them.  The subject matter may be better suited
to one of the other researchers.  Also, they look a bit difficult and
time consuming.  You may want to consider increasing the price on them
to get more attention from some of the other researchers.  You may
