Question ID: 596892
I wroted for my PocketPC device an application in Visual Studio 2003
Vb.Net. This application displays a text on a multi-line TextBox. User
can change the text and press a button. After pressing a button the
following
code is executed:
MsgBox( "1 memo")
MsgBox( "2 memo")
Now very weird thing happens.
When the first MsgBox is displayed - the TextBox shows the text
changed by a user. Next the second MsgBox is displayed and the content
of the TextBox is changed - all changes created by user disapear and
it shows the original text.
My question - how to display MsgBox and to keep in the TextBox the
text changed by a user?

Thanks,

Zalek Bloom

I put on TextBox property ReadOnly - but it didn't help - problem persist.

I found the problem - when a form got focus - it initialized this field.
