I am part of an e-commerce site that sells internationally, and we
need to create or copy a drop down list of ALL states and provinces in
the world.
It would be preferable if it was not in alphabetical order, rather
first US states, Canadian Provinces etc..
Abbreviations are also appreciated ex. New York NY

Such a list would be thousands of items long...longer than any drop
down list I've ever seen, by far.
