I would like some websites who have available for download leaflets of
any subject in adobe pagemaker format.Am mainly interested to expand
my understanding on what is the background work behind the appearance
of a leaflet and i would like some example ones for this
reason.Pagemaker is the only program that i know how to use so
leaflets in different formats won't help me much. |

Hello gfkostas-ga,
What kind of leaflets are you looking for? Single page, one side?
Double page? Triple fold? What will be the method of distribution?
Hand deliver? Folded? Addressed and mailed?
Take a look at some samples here? There are lots of examples of varius
leaflets. You say you need help with using PageMaker to design
leaflets. Are you only looking for sample leaflets that you can use as
examples or are you looking for instructions on how to use PageMaker
to design specific types of leaflets?

The more you can tell us about what you're trying to do, the greater
the chances of getting the information you need.
Good luck.

Hi,
Am looking for 2 sided leaflets of any subject in pagemaker format so
i can myself dig into them. The method of distribution is something
that am undecided as yet.
To be more clear as to what i want, the page in the front of the
leaflet should focus on what the leaflet is about
when the one in the back has additional info. For example a leaflet
from unicef would have in the front the logo of the company and some
key phrases that give a sense of direction(ex.''Lets end starvation''
etc.) and in the back it would have information on what the company
represents in more details, some photos to entice you to donate, how to
donate, ways to donate etc.I want decent sample leaflets that I can use
as examples or use them as a source of inspiration for my own personal
work on pagemaker.Important to say here that I have found many crap
ones so I won't accept an answer which links to stuff that look like
they've been made from a 10 year old boy without meaning that am
expecting profesional stuff.I have checked google but to no avail.

Hello gfkostas-ga,
I started working on your question and discovered that it?s not as
simple as I expected. I?ve found lots of leaflets/brochures that could
help you with design issues by serving as examples of various layout
approaches. Most of these are available to you in pdf format. You can
print them or copy them but you will have to use your own software to
set them up in Pagemaker.
I?ve also found some templates for leaflets and brochures in Microsoft
Word and a few in other page layout formats. I haven?t found too much
in Pagemaker. On the other hand, I?ve found several stand-alone
software packages at very reasonable prices that offer templates for
brochures and leaflets. Would these be of any interest to you?
I?m also concerned about understanding your aesthetic preferences.
You?ve made it clear that you have strong opinions about what ?decent
sample leaflets? look like and have voiced your disappointment with
what you?ve found on your own. It would be helpful if you gave me the
links to some examples of what you mean by good and bad leaflet
design.
I?m eager to help you and I look forward to your clarifications.

I realize the difficulty of my question and hence I increased the
price recently.I have found on my own many leaflets in pdf or word
format but they are of no interest.Am pressed for time and therefore
can't start learning new programs let alone having to buy them and
face all the questions that i'll probably have on how to do this and
that with them.It has to be in pagemaker format.By saying decent
leaflets I mean those that are of good quality and even if you zoom in
you cant notice any pixels or distortion. You can tell when something
is designed properly or not. Heres some decent leaflets as far as the
design is concerned: http://www.flexpress.co.uk/pop/leaflets.htm ,
