What year was the building located at 2239 Creston Avenue, Bronx, New
York constructed?

Hello scinyc

It looks like it was completed in 1934.

If you go to NYC Department of Buildings website, and view the
Certificates of Occupancy for 2239 Creston Avenue, Bronx.

and click on X000002381.PDF 

you will see this document:

On the left hand side of the document you can see "Date of Completion"
unfortunately the scanning of the original document is not that good,
but it looks like a '34'  for 1934.
