There are a lot of interesting sites in the internet like this (in Russian):
http://www.belmagi.ru/gadan/gadan2.htm
http://www.akviloncenter.ru/gadanie/taro-met.htm - Taro cards
http://vorojba.ru/gadania/chai/ - Fortune-telling in a tea
http://www.headnet.ru/02/1208/1210/1259/index.html

In this sites you can find a lot of methods of fortune-telling. If you
don't know Russian, write me, I'll translate it for you.

thank you - this is very helpful - I have managed to struggle through
the site on tea leaves, but I am having difficulties with the first
web site you reccommended, and the site on the taro is proving slow
going - I think i can probably manage one or the other but not both
in the time available - my Russian is just about servicable but not up
to anything more. Thanks

Hi,

Maybe the links were down. I've just checked all the links, they work
good. I've found some more links for you:

http://akvadrat.chat.ru/ - Fotrune telling from A to Z
http://www.sudbi.narod.ru/yourfate3.htm
http://home.sinn.ru/~avrora/Fortune.htm

If you have difficulties, I can send this the main information from
this web-sites to you e-mail.

oh - no the links were fine - as they were in Russian, I meant that it
took me a long time to translate them, as my Rusian isn't that
fluent.I managed to translate the one on tea leaf symbols, which was
fasinating, but I found the first two very heavy going - I don't have
a lot of time availabe for this and would certainly pay an
addtitional fee for a translation.
