I am looking for resins that are in liquid form that can be poured
into a cast and have it solidify within 1-5 minutes. Non
toxic.inexpensive. Easy to purchase. It could come in hard form and
then heated within 150-250 degrees. It would be nice if it came in
colors or easily paintable but not mandatory. The molds would be
approx 2-6 cubic inchs. something similiar may be hot glue stix

Do a search for thermosetting plastics,I don't think there is anything
that would meet all of your qualifications.

There are many options once again. The cheapest bet and most readily
available is an epoxy resin system. You can heat cured or room temp
cured but you need to be careful about toxicity. The high temp high
performance ones tend to be toxic. A good epoxy resin should be
pourable at room temp and can be cured at slightly elevated temps. You
get a nice hard product. See tradenames such as araldite or similar.

p.s. glue sticks are made from something called EVA ethylene vinyl
acetate. They melt at about 100C and set below. EVA and related
polymers such as PE and PP can be moulded into products but they
typically use expensive processes such as injection moulding. If you
are talking about a home hobby process then general purpose casting is
the technique you are looking at. Epoxy resin is probably your best
bet but I would suggest some more info on the final properties that
you want from your product.

The fastest I have worked with are photo-initiated silicones (PDMS),
but they are much more expensive than the materials previously
discussed here.
