Hi joannelee-ga There is a complete list of English Premiership squads here: http://www.footballsquads.co.uk/eng/2005-2006/faprem.htm The website seems to be very regularly updated, but also includes extra information which you may not require. The BBC also provides complete and regularly updated squad lists. Here is the Arsenal squad: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/a/arsenal/squad_profiles/default.stm To see other teams, use the following link, select the desired team name, and then "squad profiles": http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/default.stm e.g. Aston Villa: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/a/aston_villa/squad_profiles/default.stm Birmingham City: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/b/birmingham_city/squad_profiles/default.stm etc. I can find no source to download lists in unformatted text (The Association of Football Statisticians offers downloads, but only outdated lists of last season's squads, at www.the-afs.co.uk), so the best way to obtain an unformatted text document will be to copy the BBC squad lists to Wordpad or similar. I hope the information you find is of use, and thanks for using Google Answers! paultoon-ga |
