I would like to know on what date the SAARC (http://www.saarc-sec.org)
Convention on Regional Arrangements for the Promotion of Child Welfare
(http://www.saarc-sec.org/old/freepubs/conv-children.pdf) _enterered
into force_. I know when it was signed, but what was the earliest date
it was ratified by all SAARC member-nations? It is some date before
November 11, 2005--but not long before. I consider myself pretty good
at this kind of thing and it has stumped me. I am extremely curious as
to whether this information is on the internet and if so what method
can be used to find it that I'm not aware of. I am also open to
hearing about non-internet solutions.
