I am looking for one company or several companies that is / are
capable of individually imprinting and / or embroidering T-Shirts with
individual variations to a given layout (for example with the name of
the person who ordered it). The company has to provide a T-Shirt
source of their own, has to be able to produce high numbers (yet with
all of the Shirts individually different) as well as little numbers,
has to offer to do handling and shipping as well as charging,
accountancy and refunding of bad products (heck, the whole
business-thing, you know) on its own. The company should send its
products worldwide (exceptions for some countries allowed) OR if there
are several companies, they should cover the world with their
supply-area. If that's not possible, I'd settle for Europe, Asia and
North America. Of course, the quality of their T-Shirts and prints has
to be as high as possible (washable and ironable), the size range of
T-Shirts from very small to XXXXL for the very big ones of us. T-Shirt
colors should be available in all typical variations, black, white and
grey at the very least. Printing / Embroidering colors should be
available in all normal variations as well as some glowing in

After several days of searching my memory and the web, I stumbled
across this site while I was looking for a different ABC company. It
looks like just what you want. But before I post it as the answer,
perhaps you can call them and
make sure they do all the things you need? If they do, please let me
know.

Their catalog is huge. They can produce all sizes. They have many
colors, you just have to put your own choices into the search engine.
You can buy one copy of an item - or thousands.
No doubt, if you order one item for a customer, you can ship it
directly to them. If you order thousands, well, you'll need to talk to
them about fulfillment.
Give them a call at their toll-free number and see if they can do all
the things you want.

P.S. I found something else that I know will handle all the order
processing, customizing, etc. for you. They'll provide catalogs,
websites and all kinds of marketing support. Only I can't find out
exactly what their line of products is with respect to T-shirts. AND
they charge you a fee to join their organization (MLM-type operation).
They refuse to answer questions by phone unless you give them your
return phone number first, so I shied away from them.
But, you may want to see if SMC will work for you.
