In Federal Court, how many days does an attorney have to file an
opposition to a motion for attorney's fees? I have looked all over the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and I can't find out how many days
an attorney has to file a motion for attorney's fees, and how many
days an attorney has to oppose a motion for attorney's fees. Can you
help?

54(d)(2) covers Attorneys' Fees.

You will have to look at the local rules of the District Court.
