Hello flowers3-ga,
the best way to find exactly what you are looking for is probably to
go through the Cuban Society of Immunology. Current presidency of the
society is held by
Prof Dr Gustavo Sierra González. Prof. Sierra González works for the
Finlay Institute (http://www.infomed.sld.cu/instituciones/finlay/).
The society has a permanent secretariat with the following contact
details:
Dr Gilberto Sotolongo
Finlay Information Center
Calle 212 No. 3112 entre 31 y 37
La Coronela, Lisa, Habana
Cuba
tel: 53 7 33 6075
fax: 53 7 33 607
e-mail: finlayci@infomed.sld.cu
Source: Website of the International Union of Immunological Societies:
http://www.qimr.edu.au/iuis/members.html
I would suggest you get in touch with the secretariat and ask for
assistance.
To provide you with something more than just a simple contact, I also
conducted a quick search on Medline, trying to find individuals and
institutions in Cuba specializing in allergy research:
Hospital "William Soler"
Ave. San Francisco No. 10112 esq. a Perla, Altahabana, Boyeros,
Ciudad de La Habana, Teléfonos: (53 7) 44-3621 al 23 44-4820
Fax: (53 7) 33-5414
They seem to be specializing on pediatrics, but also have trials
running with adults.
Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico "Hermanos Ameijeiras"
Servicio de Alergología
Calle San Lázaro No. 701 e/ Marqués González y Belascoaín, Centro
Habana. Ciudad de La Habana, Teléfonos: (53 7) 77-6043, 77-6077
Hospital Pediátrico "Juan Manuel Márquez"
Ave. 31 y 76, Marianao. Ciudad de La Habana
Teléfonos: (53 7) 260-2860, 260-9650
Also a pediatrical clinic.
Also, the web site www.cubamedica.com provides a contact form
(http://www.cubamedica.com/feedback.htm) which they recommend to get
more information on institutions listed on their site, such as the
hospital "William Soler" (http://www.cubamedica.com/wstoler.htm). You
might want to get in touch with them to see what they can do for you.
This site lists several major clinics in Cuba:

Health related links in Cuba:

Please bear in mind that, from a distance, it is impossible for me to
assess the quality of the institutions listed above. The fact that
they have been publishing in international journals is, however, to
some degree a sign of quality and shows their interest in research.
Again, to be on the safe side, I would suggest to go through the local
immunological society. They should be able to refer you to the right
place(s).
Best of luck in finding what you are looking for! In case you would
like me to elaborate on some specific aspect of my answer, please do
ask for a clarification.
