Where in the Concord, NH area can I find a Mac expert who would be
willing to come to my home and help me with my new Mac computer? I
have always had Macintosh computers, but I need someone to help me
with OSX and the newer applications that I do not have experience
with. I really need someone with a complete understanding of the Mac inside and out.

have you tried bitz-n-bytes on the loudon rd? they are the local mac
authorities. what kind of issues are you having?

No I haven't tried Bitz-n-Bytes because they've been extremely
unhelpful in the past several years (although in long-ago days, when
they were still located on Pleasant Street, they were good). One of my
problems is I'm unable to get Windows Media Player to work properly
(e.g., to open a file that ends with .wmv). Another is I can't figure
out how to upload photos to websites such as Snapfish. However, I
believe I may have found a person to help me, so I may be all set.
