I need someone to help me find an online blog service like blogger.com
or typepad that allows me to post, in addition to regular text,
photos, streaming video and streaming audio.

I want to be able to upload a blog post that either contains a
photograph, a flash video or a flash audio.

This should work as seamlessly as possible.

why couldn't you try Google Video? video.google.com?

It would help you post videos. I think they support flash too.

I suggest you to do this way. Provide a link in your blog content,
which will link to the Google Video page where you can set the video
to play.
