What is the total square footage (not square meters) of the site #2
Pariser Platz, Berlin, Germany?

-Pariser Platz is in central (Mitte) Berlin, directly to the east of
the Brandenburg Gate.

-The site is on the southeast corner of Pariser Platz (closest to Tiergarten)

-The site #2 Pariser Platz is the future (and currently under
construction) location of the US Embassy in Berlin (architect: Moore
Ruble Yudell Architects of California, USA)

-The site is directly to the west of DZ Bank (architect: Frank Gehry, 2001)

I hope you understand German.  This site should be able to help you,

Although the site is for Spandau, you can access Stadtmitte and
hopefully get more information there.  If you need help with the
language, maybe I can assist.
The Vermessungsamt is a surveyor's office.  Katatasteramt is the
office that keeps records of real estate parcels, their owners, etc. 
Of course, all measurements are metric, but converting to square feet
is no problem.
