What is the cheapest and most effective way to build a 3 barrel
brewery with kegging capabilities? Brewing 1 batch a week would
require maybe 4 fermentors, right? I need the following: grain mill,
mash/lauter tun, brew kettle w/whirlpool, wort chiller, ale fermenting
and lagering capacity, filter, carbonator, keg cleaning and filling
aparatus, and a cold box. Stainless or copper tanks is fine, with all
stainless lines and pumps. I'm a homebrewer who has a friend with some
money to invest, but not a lot. Appropriate licenses will be required
for the State of Texas to distribute the kegs to local bars around
town.
