Hello,

What happens when someone already has an excellent idea, say in USA,
but did not take it over to Canada and EU yet. What are the
implications of me using the same idea say in Canada, would it be
against the law? Do I need to pay company in USA any license fee
money, even if it is not patent-protected and if I will build it on my
own from scratch?

Thanks,
Alex
