I'm looking for 30,000 to 50,000 square feet Warehouse or Land neer
logan Airport (Boston Massachusetts) no more than 15 minutes from the
airport.

 Are you looking to buy the warehouse space, or rent? Are you content
with real estate listings, land or warehouse, regardless of price? If
land is available, there is no guarantee it will be useful for your
purposes, depending on code and zoning restrictions.
  Researchers cannot act as real estate agents, nor is it within the
realm of a researcher to contact realtors to act as a go-between. Is
this what you are seeking? Have you contacted a realtor and had no
luck?
 Please define a bit more what you are expecting in an answer.

the only conditions are:

I used to live around Boston so I am fully aware that the driving can
be a mess! On a good day, Sommerville is not far from Logan Airport.
Would a listing like this meet your needs? If so, should I look for
more or would this fit the bill?

Just to clarify, the following link for "another business" posts the
drive time from Somerville to Logan as approximately 14 minutes (I
realize that there may be a few minutes difference depending on
location in Somerville)

Hello again, mld!
 I have spent a few hours searching and to be honest, without going
through a realtor, there is virtually nothing listed available for
"public view" that meets your parameters, other than what I have
posted. I did find several warehouses for sale on one realtor's site,
but they are too far from Logan.
 There are several companies that specialize in commercial/warehouse
sales in the Boston area, but all require personal registration so
that one can be contacted by an agent. I have found little in the way
of commercial/industrial land for sale, either, that is in the Boston
area. Again, a realtor would be your best bet.
 Are you adamant that you do not want to go through a realtor? I can
provide realtors listings that specialize in
industrial/commercial/warehouse space for sale, but it does me no good
to register myself since it would be unethical for me to post such
information I would receive in that manner.
 Do you have any further suggestions concerning how you might want a
researcher to pursue this matter?
