Learnt today about Google Answers and it sound like a great service so
I thought I would try it out.

I am looking for a summary of the structure of the UK contemporary
(i.e. not antique) lighting industry. With structure I mean the
relationship between manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. E.g.
are there a couple of dominant wholesalers that supply most of the
retailers or do retailers buy directly from manufacturers? Also, are
their any lists available on the main manufacturers, wholesalers and
retailers?
