I'm looking to understand the annual market size for networking
equipment (routers, switches) and network security systems
(firewall/VPN type hardware) sold to corporate branch offices and
remote offices either in the US or globally.

I'd like the answer to look something like "Research firm XYZ says the
market for remote and branch office networking and security hardware
will reach $1.5B per year in 2006"
