I'm trying to find the name of a couple of movies me and my brother
used to like as kids. Here is everything I can remember about them:

1)A guy starts robbing banks, only instead of taking money, he gets
into the banks records of who owes money (mortgages or credit cards)
and burns the records, erasing the debt (a la Fight Club). This makes
him ahero to the general public, except at some point he accidentally
kills, or his actions lead to the killing of, a police officer. After
this he is a scorned criminal and is eventually killed, I believe. I
think at the end the whole thing turns out to be a dream.

2)Some guy has superpowers but they fade every time he sees the color
red. That's all I remember
