Just am interested in the those disease and virus cannot be killed by
rubbing alcohol that are harmful to human?

I believe that this question is a bit too general.  Please just narrow
the list down to common diseases and viruses that are common to
hospitals. Please also contact me through email to gain further
parameters.

It should be noted that rubbing alcohol is not 100% alcohol. It is
usually around 70% isopropyl alcohol.

Alcohol does not kill bacterial spores that cause illnesses such as
botulism and anthrax.
