I am a small business and I am collecting clients details online and I
am looking for an easy to use piece of software that will allow me a
simple method of loading of names and addresses easier that having to
enter each one individually. I am not very technically gifted so I am
looking for a program that does not require too much technical set-up
but which will allow me to identify which clients have made a single
purchase and those who have made multiple purchases. If the inputs
could be automated then that would be a great help as we have a very
small staffing facility. This is why I am asking the question as at
present all inputs are being made manually.
