I am 19 and is in South Carolina and is trying to rent a car to take
out of state for 10 days, is there any car rental in or near
Greenville, SC that do this?

alot of the major Car Rental companies will, BUT they will charge you
an arm and a leg extra due to your age.  Just call around, but be
ready for the extra daily charge for a driver under 21.

Actuall what I have seen is minimum 21 years old with a differential age discount

Some of the Rent-a-wreck franchises advertise, ?WE RENT WHEN OTHERS
WON'T!?. Indeed, some of them will rent to drivers under the age of
21. Contact these that are closest to you and find out what their
individual policies are. Please let me know if one of them works for
you.
