I'm wondering what the requirements in the state of Minnesota are in order to work as a career coach or counselor. Is a Master's degree needed? Is there a difference in requirements depending on the term used in one's work, for instance, "counselor" vs. "coach" or "guide"? Is licensing or a degree needed (in Minnesota) in order to administer and interpret assessments such as the MBTI, the CPI, and Strong Interest Inventory in relation to advising the assessee on career exploration using those psychometric results? |
