i want to know which vitamin brands in the USA are reliable? by this i
mean which vitamin brands are known for having products that are pure,
i.e what the label says they contain is what they actually contain? in
particular, i want to purchase 5 HTP (5 Hydroxytryptophan). which
brand supplies quality 5 HTP? it dose not necessarily have to come
from the US.i have visited www.consumerlab.com, but i would prefer not
to pay for a subscription and thus can't really get access to their
info. i have also visited www.myvitaminguide.com,
www.comparing-vitamin-supplements. the first site doesn't really
evaluate vitamin brands as far as i can tell. for the second site, i
just have not found enough supporting info to believe what it says.
