I found a book called "Liquidation 101", with information on selling inventory (as well as buying), and is available for purchase from American Merchandise Liquidators @ http://www.amlinc.com/liquidation_101.htm Additionally, many books about businesses and/or voluntary bankruptcy contain chapters (they are not entire books, but I've included this information anyway) about liquidation, including the book "BANKRUPTCY BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS," compiled by a number of authors, includes a chapter called "Special Issues in Liquidations and Going-Out-of-Business Sales" @ http://www.bankruptcy-acquisition.com/book_table_content.php#liquid I hope this was what you were looking for. Please feel free to ask for any clarification about these results.
