A fixed contract set for 4 years, starting in March 2000 and expires at the end
of Febr. 2004 by US-law. Is that contract open for termination before the
expiring date by the opposition-party,because of a clause which has been issiued
in the maincontract 1994.Does a fixed contract issiued recently abolish this
clause?

The "fixed contract" for a four year periode was issued because the
concessionaire reduced his requested fee by 19%. A normal contract only
runs 2 years with a higher fee request. This fixed contract was offert
by the opposition party. Reason for termination: For convenience.
