Organic probably made A LOT more than $120M just in the USA. http://www.stat-usa.gov/ is a good place to start since I pulled the number above out of thin air ;-) |

When you say "made" do you mean profit or revenue? I think the first comment assumed revenues. "Made" equaling profit would generally mean the revenue was closer to 800 million pounds. Quite a big difference. Given that you have it in pounds -- my guess, and its a pure guess -- would be "splenda" the british based sugar substitute. i put the comment it and it is revenue. But ive found the answer-its gluten free food-been told by university that the market never existed couple o years ago! |
